Lucien uses his words in order to manipulate people through flirting, flattering, and appealing to a person’s self-confidence. He is a friendly man, but this trait should not be misconstrued as a positive aspect of his personality. Lucien has an agenda and manipulates people in order to get what he wants. He is skilled at reading people, but less skilled at understanding the consequences of his manipulation. Because of this, he runs into trouble when his misdeeds begin to compound.

Lucien does not freely share information about his past with the MC. In fact, he is so protective of his past that he drops his friendly façade when personal information is unwittingly uncovered. Do not attempt to claw your way into his heart, as you will be forced out.
