Takumi is a rough, rude sukeban who leaves behind life as a gang leader for a life on the stage. She tends to be very shy and reluctant about her performances; mostly because she worries about the damage to her rep. She can be viewed as tsundere, both towards the Producer and towards her idoldom in general. Her idol outfits tend to be very cute or very elegant. She has the tendency to trill her R’s, which is a speech pattern associated with Japanese gangsters.

Her first S Rare depicts her finding and caring for a stray kitten. Said kitten makes appearances in various other idol's cards in different stages of growth, implying the office adopted it.

In the tie-in Cinderella Girls Theater skits, Takumi is a teenaged delinquent who is still adjusting to life as an idol. She is extremely passionate about her work but is thrown into an embarrassed frenzy when it comes to her feelings about the Producer. She has a soft spot for cute things, like Chieri Ogata and Nono Morikubo in animal costumes, and can lose control of herself if she wants to pet them. She tries to be a good influence on the younger idols and has a mother and daughter type relationship with Rumi Wakui. Her closer friends include Natsuki Kimura, Miyo Harada, and Rina Fujimoto.

Takumi’s delinquent status and passionate attitude has influenced some of her idol work. She attempted to pass an over the top entry for an “Idol Hinamatsuri Festival”, but was turned down and recorded by Tsubaki Egami. Rina doesn’t feel safe inviting Takumi on a road trip, mostly due to the fact that she’s worried about Takumi’s speed demon mentality.

Takumi hates embarrassing clothing and is extremely upset when the Producer forces her to do an event at a shrine as a miko. She exorcizes him in an extremely painful manner as revenge for the job but believes that her work will keep her safe through the New Year. Her job the next day had her parading around town in a skimpy sheep costume. Needless to say, she immediately went to the office to pulverize the man after work.
