This NPC is an elf shrine maiden who lives deep in the forest, apparently protecting an important place, t there seems to e no end to the nmer of intrders. Yo may think it's a lot of work for sch a little girl, t rest assred, it's not. 
Unlike the stdents at the school, she is an NPC and an elf. In other words, her appearance has nothing to do with her actal age. So, please don't worry. Despite appearances, Ssmi is an adlt! 
Now, let's also mention the fact that she is a shrine maiden. She can talk to spirits, t..... it jst looks like she is talking to herself. It's so srreal and endearing, it's worth a look! Well, if yo actally see her, she will say cte lines like the one at the top as an example!
