A second year student of Kashima Academy. Serina's childhood friend and is also a member of the Kasuga Independent Gang. He's also head over heels with Serina. Unlike Teppei, he's a man of intellect. Always fights with Teppei over Serina. He has frameless glasses and is one pompous guy. With his neatly set hair, he is a man of gentle manners who hides another personality.
