Chiharu's dad and her only parent.
Twenty years before he used to be a hard-hitter legendary pro boxer called "Mach Saitou" and became national champion in Bantamweight class (52.163 - 53.525 kg/115-118 pounds). He successfully protected his position several times during his career. Chiharu's fondness toward boxing and her skills are due to him.
He's through with boxing nowadays though, and works at a construction company. He also grew fat and developed alcoholic issues. In Chiharu's route later he loses his job which causes Chiharu to start a part-time job while he is trying to find a new employment./
