ライナー・バルセルト

A very energetic young man with an adventurer's spirit. Although he often overreacts, he is hesitant (or just indecisive) when it comes to relationships, and doesn't react well when girls take the initiative. He's a simple guy who hates dishonest people. He has a strong sense of responsibility, which often gets him in trouble.

He was born in the city of Platina in the upper levels of the tower. His father is the current Commander of Platina, who tries to teach him the ways of politics. However, Lyner has no interest in politics whatsoever, and decided to pick up the sword to search for adventure.

He was acknowledged for his great potential, and was selected to become a Knight of Elemia and protect Shurelia, the administrator of the tower. He continues to serve Shurelia, helping to defeat the Viruses within the tower.
