Kasai is a member of the Sonozaki Group, and is employed by the Sonozaki family to watch over Sonozaki Shion. He is normally close by, and Shion often calls upon him to assist her in difficult situations. Highly skilled with guns, he seems to specialize in use of a sniper rifle.
