When the protagonist meets her, her name is Chocolate.  When she 'evolves' near the end of the game her name is Sachertorte.  She is the wealthy grand-daughter of the president of the school where the protagonist is employed as a nurse.  Her hobby is enjoying afternoon tea.  She hates people who order her around.  Her dream is world domination.
