Asa is a third-year student at Verbena Academy in the class 3-B. She is in the cooking club with Kaede. As a result, Asa and Rin share a love-hate relationship (though they're more like a bad company to each other). She is responsible and diligent, but also cheerful and quick to join in. However, she also has a lesser-known tendency to depend on others.

Asa has no fan club, unlike Kaede, but there are many hidden fans. She placed on 8th at last year's cultural festival event "Miss Verbena." (Kaede is in the 1st place). 

For some reason, she despises the existence of magic and gets angry just by talking about the supernatural powers. 

Although she secretly in love with Rin, she didn't show her feeling due to the presence of Kaede and the Princesses.

Her mother, Ama Shigure, was the first experiment of the Yggdrasil project.
