Based on Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus, who was Roman Emperor from 54 to 68, and the last in the Julio-Claudian dynasty. Nero was adopted by his grand-uncle Claudius to become his heir and successor, and succeeded to the throne in 54 following Claudius' death.

An EU hero from Rome, just like Caesar. Nero looks up to Caesar as an older sister. At any rate, she's selfish and a massive attention seeker. 

She always looks for a chance to shine in the spotlight, and will do it even if it involves stepping all over other people. She's called out as trash by everyone else, but she herself doesn't seem to care.
