Based on William H. Bonney or William Henry McCarty, Jr., who was a 19th-century gunman who participated in the Lincoln County War and became a frontier outlaw in the American Old West. According to legend, he killed twenty-one men, but it is generally believed that he killed eight.

A gunwoman of the USA known for going wild all throughout the New World. Billy is so hotblooded that she has a habit of shooting at the slightest opportunity. Since she rarely listens to anyone, shre frequently gets involved in trouble.

Fortunately, she has the devil's luck, and always gets out of trouble before it's too late. She is an idiot to the extreme. Shortsighted. Too stupid to be hated. In a word, an idiot.
