A member of "Genius 4".
A spunky and honest girl who is usually in charge of any vehicle operating at G4. She seems to be holding any kind of vehicle driving licenses; from motorcycles and cars to ships, planes and even spaceships (!). Since Tsugiko was taken to G4 from the regular police, she is also very good at shooting. She likes cats and fortune telling.
