Lushati is from the legendary civilisation EDEN. She comes to beg Tact Mayers for his help in liberating EDEN from the Val Fasq. She is polite and soft-spoken, but also rather naive at times.

Lushati is the administrator of "Library", a huge database of EDEN's knowledge.

She was controlled by Wein in order to gain the trust of the Elsior's crew and sabotage the relationship between Tact and his chosen angel. Wein also uses her to pilot the stolen GA007. When Gern plans to execute her, Wein betrays the Val Fasq and returns Lushati safely to EDEN./
