Wein has escaped from EDEN, which was conquered by the Val Fasq, with his sister, Lushati. His demeanor is quiet, calm and reserved. He provides a lot of useful intelligence on the Val Fasq to the Elsior.

Wein controls Lushati to take advantage of her position as the administrator of "Library", and to drive a wedge between Tact and his chosen angel. When Wein steals GA007 he uses Lushati to pilot it and reveals that he is from the Val Fasq race.

Wein's time on the Elsior and his experience fighting the emblem frames with GA007 cause him to have a change of heart later on. When Gern decides to execute Lushati so that EDEN will be unable to access its "Library", Wein escapes from the Val Fasq with Lushati and is fatally wounded in the process./
