A character from the London chapter. She's the headmistress of the Royal London Magic Academy. Elizabeth is a very kind and loving woman, caring for each and every one of her academy's students. She's on a first-name basis with Ricca, indicating they're close friends.

In reality, she and Ricca have been friends for a few decades already. Elizabeth aims to eliminate any prejudice against mages, and it was her who shaped Weather Vane into the world-renowned academy it is now.

It's later revealed that she is actually the Queen of England./
