Another prisoner at the same jail as Guys, Vallewida was a soldier. He came to oppose the ways of the army, and escaped. Given that fleeing from duty is a crime, Vallewida was arrested and detained, but the interests of those who arrested him lie closer to the "army secrets" he supposedly holds... He seems to always have wounds.
