A character from the London chapter. One of the few Category 5 mages, she has earned the nickname of 'Lone Cattleya'. She's the Master in charge of Prep Class 1-A.

She pours most of her time and energy into her research which involves searching for a means for flowers to stay in bloom forever.

She's actually lived for more than a century, and is retaining her young appearance with magic. When she was young, she would spend most of her time travelling from place to place, meeting new faces along the way. During her travels, she once met Jill Hathaway, a cheerful mage whose dream was to live in a world filled with ever-blooming flowers and trees. The two quickly became friends and spent the next few years travelling together. 

In Ricca's scenario, Kiyotaka manages to reunite Jill with Ricca in the dream world, where Ricca finally allows herself to cry after years of keeping her emotions locked up in her heart.

At the end of her route, Ricca was proposed to by Kiyotaka. It's hinted that Sakura is the granddaughter of Ricca and Kiyotaka. 

In D.C. III D.D. ,  a flashback reveals that when she grew older, Ricca planted the magical Sakura tree for her grandchildren. /
