Although Nagisa may look like a beautiful and intelligent all-around honors student who is good at sports, she is actually a chivalrous girl who is skillful in kendo and terrible at every other sport. Her bright and honest personality has led her to become popular and respected among her peers. She plays the role as the "one being joked on" among her two other friends in the student council. 

For Nagisa, her ability to cut her opponents with her sword in one slash will surely kill them. Her battle style is to counterattack her opponents with one swing of her sword, literally "killing them in a single blow".
