She is a Sepheric (セフェアイック), a being something close to Succubus. She has an ability to turn Human's desire into digital data, known as DD or Digital Desire.

An avid gamer, to the point she wants to connect human world Ukiyo (ウキヨ) and underworld Zenovia (ゼノウィア) just to bring games to her world. She initially was gonna do it by her own power. However, because of Fumiki's ability, unforeseen accidents happens, making her unable to do the connection. As a result, she makes a contract with him to collect DD and regain the power needed to connect the worlds... or at least that's what she tell Fumiki in order to deceive him. In reality, she wants to turn Ukiyo into a game, making the world and people inside it as game assets, and controlling it however she wants.
