An archdemon often labeled the "Jurist of Hell" who now works as a teacher at Pandora.

Belial is a demon who occupies an exceedingly neutral position at Pandora, and whose frank and sociable disposition has earned him the trust of his peers. Despite his strong, muscular build, he himself boasts of being "an intellectual among intellectuals". Although his power is comparable to that of Astaroth, Belial himself seldom exercises it, as he cares little for politics and prefers a lifestyle of freedom.
