斉木 蓉子

Youko is a teacher at Eiji's former school on Sumire Island and works as a life guard during the summer.

She persuades Eiji to join the life guards and acts as a supervisor / instructor for the group./

She is Shino's rival and is often outdone by her when competing due to Shino's bold behaviour.
