One of the "blues" living in the Forbidden Zone. He gambles a lot and spends most of his money on girls in the red light district. He is very loyal and protective towards his friends. He also often takes care of stray animals, and sometimes kids.

He keeps a pet crocodile called Stephanie in his bathtub.
