高幡 ちはる

Chiharu is a second-year student and the new president of the student council. She is also Yumi's best friend, who is her classmate just like Ichio and Seiji. Serious at first sight, she is actually quite clumsy and puffy. She always smiles and is always kind to everyone, even to the "problem childrens" (Ichio and Ayano) to Yumi's greatest despair, who often finds her asleep in the boardroom.
