Ryōken Hōinbō is an infamous blind assassin who used his pet dog Kuro not only a guide dog, but also as a weapon in his jobs. Despite his blindness, Hōinbō was feared for his skills as an assassin, with the ringing of the unique green bells attached to his knife and Kuro being said to be the last things his victims would hear.
