Norizane is the second son in a large family that descended from samurai. He is a second year student at Riotsu and an expert at kendo, and after graduation plans to go to the naval forces academy. He is a very quiet person with little expression, but truly is an honest person with a strong sense of justice. He is one of the few people at Riotsu who is kind to Kaname, and he often worries about Kaname's present state.
