Itsuki is a second year student and a classmate of Shuuji, Shinobu, Aoi and Kouichi. She is also Shinobu's best friend and one of the best swimmers in the swim club. With pretty curves and a pretty face, Itsuki is considered as the most beautiful girl in the school and is the target of all boys.

One day, while a Senpai was heavily seducing her behind the school gym, Shuuji came to get her out of there pretending to have asked her for an appointment to see her in private. Playing the games, Itsuki joined Shuuji, smiling and happy, sending the Senpai away. However, Shinobu attended (from afar) the scene and thinked that Itsuki and Shuuji were dating, spreading the rumor in all the school.

Taking advantage of the opportunity to scare the boys, Itsuki asks Shuuji if he agrees to play the game and claim to be her boyfriend, which he does because he sees no problem helping his classmate, thus becoming the most watched and envied man of the high school. 

Although she and Shuuji feign their relationship, she really wants to become his friend and get to know him better without taking into account the prejudices of his reputation as a fighter. She is very friendly with others so she makes friends very fast, even with Aoi although it's after she has discovered that she is in fact a sex bomb.

Itsuki is very feminine and likes to dress to look very cute. She is a bit of a nuisance, but she quickly loses her ability when someone has sincerely complimented her. Also, she is very weak against cute things, so when she meets Konomi, Itsuki melts of love in front of her.

Even if they are only friends, Itsuki is a little jealous to hear Shuuji call Aoi by her first name and that he doesn't do it with her. She even develops a sort of inferiority complex to Aoi and Amane, who have a divine gift for cooking, who have generous forms and are much sexier than her.

In her route, at the end of a date, Shuuji decides to unveil his past to her, where he was sad and lonely. She then takes his hands telling him that now she will always be at his side, as a friend. It is at this moment that their relationship begins to change.

Some time later, Shuuji asked to have a date with her before the fireworks of the festival of Tanabata, which she decided to spend the festival with her Senpais from the swimming club. During the festival, Itsuki decides to leave her Senpais to finally join Shuuji but she surprises Amane approaching Shuuji and telling him that she wants to clarify their relationship.

At that moment, Itsuki understands that she is in love with Shuuji but decides to hold back her feelings and try to put Amane and Shuuji back together./
