She's from Sandicht, a small village far away from the country's capital, Anselm. Though poor, she lead a meagre, yet happy life with her parents. Claire is an only child. Cheerful, she tries her best at everything she does and is positive. However, she slightly dislikes depending on others. As a result, she has a stubborn side to her, trying to solve her problems all on her own. When she lived at Sandicht, her morning were spent assisting with milk deliveries, and her afternoons were spent at the church learning to read and write, as well as arithmetic in order to help her family. Claire is good at housework due to helping with the cooking and cleaning for her mother as while she was busy at work. 

One day, a group of thieves attacked the village. She narrowly escaped being attacked thanks to Adel resucing her just in time. Not having a single relative left, Adel arranged for Claire to live and be taken care of in the Reed house.

Since she has a cute smile and is a hardworker, she was adored by her fellow villagers. Yet, she has never had a single lover. There was a time she had an interest in her childhood friend, Cain. However, after considering the differences in their social status and about her family situation, Claire decided to remain friends.
