He lends the church to Mikihisa and his hoodlums in an attempt to get them to grow a little and understand his way of thinking.
Their vigilante activities are supposed to reform them some as well, but they don`t quite seem to understand that.
His physique, cultivated from his days as a police officer in the juvenile division, is proof of the depth of his character and his accepting nature.
