3rd rank captain and cousin of Taira. From the childhood she revere his as an elder brother. His actions and ideas deal a great influence on her. She want to become stout-hearted and right Japanese woman. She took second place in National Championship for Uta-Garuta.

As revere her cousin as elder brother, she tends to do what he says. Not only that, she actually want to follow him up. So tends to be manipulated by him for the sake of achieving his goals (and, as Taira thinks himself, for the sake of Japan)./
