井上 利香

Rika is a member of the Japanese Imperial Demon Army and Makoto Narumi's squad in the Moon Demon Company. 

She has a free-spirited personality which can be seen from her gal-ish tone and how she wears her uniform.

She takes initiative to be a moodmaker like exchanging high-fives with others, and is contributing to improve the linkage of the squad.
