A young man who believes his first love was a typhoon.  He is somewhat ashamed of the fact that he becomes excited at the thought of terrible things possibly happening.  

He is surprisingly perceptive, but he tends to deliberately 'fail to notice' things that are inconvenient to others he cares about, relegating them to a position of non-importance inside himself.  He also generally tends to think the best of those around him, even when evidence is against it.  

Because he is a 'cute' boy, he frequently ends up on the wrong end of sexual jokes in the Preppers Club.
