He is a vampire supremacist who believes in blood-sucking. He looks down on his fellow vampires who have abandoned hunting humans to suck their blood.
Cara and Marika crushed his organization and killed him, but he is revived by his bugs as a precaution. He holds a strong grudge against Cara and the others who are ruining the underworld her controls.
