A seventh-rank angel in charge of the altar of reincarnation. She's not designated a combat role and her research minimises the frequency of interpersonal contact. Eventually her desire for research leads her to pursue that course above everything else, she will even perform actions which are completely anathema to other angels. 

 Klaus uses vague memories of his experimentation as a guide to lead him to the site of the altar of reincarnation. After fighting in, Reginia tells them they are wasting her valuable research time as the altar cannot be used by non-angelic beings. Klaus in turn invites Reginia to join their cause, as he has observed Reginia's long hours of solitary research have warped her mindset and she is well on the way to becoming a fallen angel. Despite the temptation, Reginia is still able to refuse and they fight for control over the site.

If captured in battle, Klaus removes the shackles off Reginia's desire for research. Virtually everything for her while serving under Klaus's army is a new experience, which she savours and is happy to serve him in return. Her mindset approaches that of a typical "mad scientist" while under Klaus's control, so much so he has to rein her in before her tendencies lead to mortal casualties amongst his forces.

If present in the battle, she asks the supreme commander for permission to study the Altar but is refused. /
