A Suima Princess who avoids armed conflict. She much prefers to use her childlike appearance to seduce males for their sperm. Although proud of her bloodline and her wings, she is easily displeased when Klaus and Helmina (who are technically her subjects) don't treat her with the respect she believes she is owed. 

 Klaus initially seeks his fellow Suima, both to increase the number of pawns he can control and to lessen the burden on Helmina for new recruits. Helmina's extraordinary ability to detect her own kind leads to an encounter with Cerouge.

Despite her distaste for war and fighting, Cerouge is surprisingly capable as a strategic commander. Klaus is appreciative of her choice of hideout and the efforts she and her subordinates took to deter rogue Angel patrols from disturbing their peace. 

If captured in battle, she initially attempts to turn the tables on Klaus using sex magic. However, she never discovers Klaus's true identity until it is too late. Klaus acknowledges her bloodline, but she can never overturn his authority because of his experience and abilities. /
