A popular DJ at the "Groove Night" club house, but he is also a 4th year student at Momochi University. Despite his long hair and occupation, he has a quite hard-lined personality.  It’s not easy to get along with him, but Tetsuya is a very nice guy.

 Tetsuya ends up getting stabbed in both games and becomes seriously injured. Although Yasui Maimi is enthusiastic about him, he is attracted to Sakura Tomomi. /
