Her name is Mitsuji Misamine and she's the ex Haruaki runs away from. 

She's actually a dreamweaver like Rikako, and she appears in the form of a floating goat when helping Haruaki within Rikako's looping dream. She's often called by the nickname Sheep (Hitsuji)./
