A "Punisher" employed by "Innocence". The self-styled "Apex Predator". His policy is to prey on Chikan who in turn prey on women as part of their lifestyles. If he catches a Chikan in the act, he will ****ly rape the perpetrator, regardless of age or appearances, until the Chikan is utterly broken by the act. Because he styles himself as the apex predator of the Chikan ecosystem, he won't rape women who are beneath the Chikan in the "chain".
