Number 2 of the mafia group 'Evening Star' that has recently become notorious in St. Alexia.
His true form is of a fallen angel, a noble and beautiful but prideful man. 
Contrary to his appearance he has a depraved karma about him, the owner of a dirty soul.
He thinks everything in the world around him is meaningless and only came to the human world while chasing Lucifer's soul. He leaves all his duties to his underlings and spends his days cooped up in his room.
