This woman is a member of the "Tenmon" organization that once tried to estalish Ion as Empress of Ra Ciela.
Despite her youth, she held a high position within Tenmon through her intelligence and talent.
She often took a harsh stance with others, but was more tender with Ion, who she viewed as something of a younger sister.
Her location on the Orei is still unknown.
