Member of Kanto's project 47's "Team Happy" who is ranked 5th between all of the project 47's idols. Chiharu got to the world of idols by winning in the late-night talent show "Yofukashi Himawari". An extremely optimistic and hardworking girl who has common sense and can be quite intuitive at times.
