The prime minister of the kingdom.  Due to the King's death after the war, he is effectively the most powerful individual in the Kingdom.  He is highly intelligent and he tend to present a mien full of warmth and good cheer.   He is a bastard child of a royal, and he is hunting Cactus because he believes Cactus knows what happened to those dear to him.  It is his belief that Cactus was involved, though this is not true.
