Misako is Yuusuke's father's new wife. Her previous husband died three years prior to the beginning of the game's story. The relationship between Misako and her new husband is nothing more than a marriage of convenience for Yuusuke's father's company and there is no real affection between them. A yearning for something that she couldn't express has freed Misako's forbidden desires, as her relationship with her new step-son started to grow more and more complex.
