Military advisor and deputy commander of the Shinsengumi.
Head of the Guardian of the Imperial Tomb. Both his extensive knowledge of literature and his skilled swordsmanships resulted in his invitation to join the Shinsengumi as a key figure. He works as the advisor for Kondou.
