The gardener of the Mikado estate. One of the oldest and most senior of the household staff who voluntarily lives in a cottage on the mansion grounds. Trusted by Heizou for his work dedication and efficiency.

He maintains a perverse collection of hair and nails from the female inhabitants of the mansion, even going as far as to collect samples inside the mansion on occasion.

 A magician who taught Heizou the rituals to commune with the Gods through the Miko, he is obsessed with the creation of a God of his own using the stillborn foetus of Ririka's younger brother and feeding the mass of meat with the hair and nails he collects.

Most of the Mikado family and the household staff abhor his presence with the sole exception of Mikado Aya. He is happy to repay the years of kind treatment she bestowed on him through mass murder of all mansion inhabitants using a pair of gardening shears, even burning the mansion down after placing the corpses in a huge pile underground to avoid forensic investigation. /
