For generations Owl, London's guardian deity, has been inhabiting the forest next to the Tower of London. Owl seeks to protect London from the horrors of war by offering advice to the protagonist Charlotte. In the forest during the night, Owl hosts a tarot game party; a game that has crossed continents.
