Ena is a university student born in Umitsubame Town.

Ever since she was born, she has lived in Umitsubame and is very attached to it. She is very pained to see the town, which used to be so livid when she was young, slowly lose its life. Thinking of returning the town back to how it was, along with some other young people, she started activities to revive it. However, it didn't go well as planned and their activities were reaching a limit.

When she hears that a tourism consultant will come to the town to inspect it, she thought he might be the ideal person to pick up ideas from.
