The president of the small, but loved by drinkers all over the country, Okuse Brewery.

Okuse Brewery has been in business since the Edo era, and while not very famous, it does have zealous fans that love it. Although her father was a great manager, he died early leaving Shouko - back then still a student - to succeed in haste and become the president.

Ever since then, she has prioritized work before anything, seeking to make the best quality sake. With her serious and earnest personality, she follows through the things that she has once decided to do.

Shouko wants to expand the brewery business not just within Japan, but all over the world.

She's a resident of Iwamuro Village.
