The younger daughter of the famous wrestler, Falcon Yamagata, she has been searching for her missing elder sister for three years when she gets wind of the illegal underground "DATEN" tournament. She participates hoping to find and bring her elder sister back to her surviving family.

 Assuming Hitomi wins all of her bouts,

Case 1: If you select the option of telling her to cheat/foul in all matches: She succeeds in defeating her elder sister Kaoru and becomes the new champion. She becomes addicted to the thrill of fighting and winning in a no-holds-barred mixed wrestling match and stays behind to help Kazuki and Kaoru escape.

Case 2: If you select the option of not cheating/fouling before her match: After winning against Kaoru, she alongside Kazuki and Kaoru escape from the island. In order to escape from the pursuers, Kazuki suggests them to become celebrities so the pursuers can't do anything to them. Hitomi offers Kaoru to be part of tag team in TV wrestling show and Kazuki to become her trainer./
