Ryou and Asaka's cousin. Although she is two years older than Asaka Aki is her only friend. She is the cheerful and energetic childhood friend of both Asaka and Ryou. She just started her second year of middle school and is captain of the track team. Mami is her underclassman and fellow track team member. She introduces Mami to Asaka in hopes the two can become friends.
