He isn't very assertive and overall there is nothing remarkable about him, in short he is a very common and ordinary person.
Using a note he obtained by coincidence he finally arrives at Kimachi Village, however upon arriving he is treated as a god and hailed as "Omeguri-sama".

He use to major in religious studies in college so he is very interested in folklore, so while the village customs are surprising he tries to understand them.
